“excellent on all fronts”

1 night for business trip. location great - underground 1 minute walk from hotel. hotel is practically new, room was great, service very good, breakfast fine. not in the center but i think it is better - quite yet reachable through 5-10 minute underground.

“Good for families, less for couples”

We went to London for christmas shopping and used my "smartbox" to choose this hotel among many others. The hotel is located right next to the tower of london, and it looked fantastic. Good quality hotel at a reasonable price in a location that offers easy access to many of the interesting attractions of London. Ask for a room on one of the higher floors to avoid some traffic noise from surrounding streets.

Very close to the city and a circle line underground station. we stayed in the Novotel as a family. Service was great. Hotel can be easy reached by tube or DLR from London City airport. All family relevant attractions can be visited in short distance trips.
