Amazing hotel. Staff was very helpful. Food was nice. Best location. The room was big enough and very luxurious. Steak house was great, wine list is amazing. A little minus was that, on the hallways, was a strange smell (not very pleasant).

I loved my stay at Grosvenor House! The beds were very comfortable, the linens lovely, the pillows---so soft. Hotel is well located and the staff is responsive. Room was OK, but far from special. Internet options are either very expensive or awful (took an hour to obtain email...downloads all timed out). Not a great price performer.

Cannot comment on the rooms as I did not stay. The business centre is fine, plenty of rooms. Lunch was "ok", I guess it all depends how much you spend, but sandwiches nothing special. Next day was a ball. Champagne flowed freely. The meal was very average, but catering for 800 people can't be an easy job!
