“Average, not value for money”

Tiny room, air con didn't work (even after 2 requests to fix) room therefore extremely hot and stuffy, great shower (once repaired on request), very handy for Kensington High Street and tube. Very pleasant concierge staff.

“What a difference 3 months makes or was it the 7th floor verses the 2nd!”

“Beware of room by lift”

After some 30 years we returned to the Kensington last Saturday night The Hotel overall was good. Food excellent. Male staff very helpful and pleasant. However the female staff all seemed to be from the same mould, stroppy to say the least. However excellent location for central London.

“Mould everywhere in the bathroom”

Such a disappointment. Luckily it was just for one night. The bathroom was shocking. There was mould on the tiles, walls, ceiling, window and the slatted blind.
