great rooms and helpful staff. we will definitely come again. we loved the bathroom, with the lovely toiletries and thick towels. great selection of tea and magazines, and comfortable bed. we stayed 4 nights in a inverness suite, that comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a teenager.

Stayed here last month. On entry it seemed a bit on the dark side but putting that aside. Close to Kensington Park. Close to tubes. Close to restaurants. excellent service! excellent hotel! excellent staff! excellent food! enjoy!

I stayed one night at this hotel as the Hempel was under renovation. It is situated on a terrace of houses in Bayswater and has placed a high premium on 'Japanese style' design. However the room I stayed in was small and quite dark. The breakfast was great (healthy option) although pricey (£18).

The good: Great location, minutes from the Central line tube, walking distance from other central locations. Modern design and amenities. Clean rooms and public areas.
