“Location Great”

The hotel actually is across the road from Gloucester Rd. subway station. Staff were all very friendly and attendtive. The room was on the small side, but as we were sightseeing it wasnt important to us. We walked to Hyde park and museums easily, so I recommened this hotel for a base. Breakfast buffet good with a wide choice.

“Great location for shops.”

This is a very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. The staff were all very helpful through my short stay. I had a "Club" room which was very nice, however the club lounge was a disappointment for breakfast, being simply too small to accommodate the number of guests trying to use it. Next time I'd use the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel has a large impressive foyer, elpful staff, comfortable clean rooms and breakfast buffet not to be missed. Across the street from the tube. Stayed 4 nights and were completely satisfied with the hotel, its' services and location.
