Check in was excellent however concierge was not really interested in assisting which was very disappointing. Travelling alone this time and room provided was a single. Very small with outdated furniture. Room next to a service elevator so very noisy and air conditioner makes some very interesting noises. All up the quality of the room more 2star rather than 4

Hotel is very convenient to Covent garden, British museum and theatre land. Front of house staff were superb, very friendly and welcomed me by name when I arrived and each time I came in. Something that generally does not happen now. Quality of breakfast was good and room was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
