Reception area is bright and modern as is the breakfast room but sadly this is not reflected in the rooms. They are spacious but really need a boost. Not sure I would stay there again. It was not bad. Simply put, it was just too expensive for what we got. The personnel are helpful and courteous but that is all you will get. Nothing impressive and just a bit overpriced. Overall, not bad.

A good location within easy walking distance of both Oxford Street and Regent Street. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room was ok it was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel very central. Five minutos to the Regent street. Not luxurious, but very clean and the staff is very friendly. It has an excellent buffet breakfast. Was a pleasant surprise I strongly recommend. A.Santos-Lisbon.
