Stayed just one night in a twin room after a theatre trip. Location is great, hotel is quite ugly from outside but public spaces are pleasant, rooms are basic but clean and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. We booked breakfast as extra for 10.50 a head, phenomenal value given the choice and quality of all that was on offer. Food was of good quality and piping hot and regularly topped up for guests. The staff were mostly smiley and friendly with a few exceptions. A special mention to Stacy and her lovely team serving and clearing in the restaurant on a very busy Monday morning, they really made our trip. We will definitely stay again, 5 stars for value and breakfast, only knocked one off for basic accommodation but can’t fault it otherwise.

Paid well over what I would normally pay and it was one of the worse hotels I’ve been to. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they want a very bad stay in a very busy and popular place in central London

We stayed one night, the hotel has a strange smell, our room was dirty, air con/heater so noisy we couldn’t keep it on, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, breakfast ingredients very poor and all over cooked, for a £50 it would be ok, but for £200 it’s crazy!

Good budget hotel. Just a 5 minute walk from covent garden tube station. Surrounded by lots of shops and theatres so most things are in walking distance. Rooms were modern and clean. The best travelodge I’ve stayed in before.

The hotel is perfectly placed for the West End and all the theatres, Covent Garden. Most of central London's attractions are within 15-20 minutes walk. Hotel is great, staff are great and the hotel has recently had an upgrade / refurb - very nice.

The hotel is extremely well situated for the theatre visits we were booked for. The room and shower room were immaculate with service provided as requested. We stayed for 4 nights. It was great base for our London trip with a choice of underground station nearby ( 5-8 mins walk).

Booked the "SUPER" room on 5th floor. It was tiny. Not sure what the super part if I'm being honest? Bathroom was tiny but ok. No extractor in bathroom so mirror was steamed up constantly after showering Bed comfy. Room was set at 30 degrees for some reason so was to hot for too long took ages for room to cool, no where to put stuff. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Great bar areaat Premier plus rooms at Premier Inn are so much better. But the location of this hotel was great

Immaculate hotel with friendly staff and a great location. Would highly recommend. Would definitely book again if returning to London. Did find it useful that food and drinks are served until 3am. Only issue for me was trying to find it as it’s near to the old Travel Lodge

Superb accommodation in the hotel and wonderful receptionist that made our stay the best yet for my 85th Birthday. We shall be returning to the Covent Garden hotel later this year for a show in London a musical and again at Christmas time for some more magic.
