This hotel was undergoing major renovations upon arrival, however, the location, the room and staff attention made it worthwhile. Stayted there for 5 nights on Starwood points. Very well located near Chelsea. 3 min walk to the Knightbridge tube station (Piccadilly line, same as Heathtrow). “Horrible service and a real mess.”

Under construction. Loud. Poor service and organization. Everything that could go wrong did!! Could not find entrance. Reservations system all messed up. Tried to check me out every day and keys stopped working.
