This was my 2nd visit & the rooms are very comfortable, much quieter at night than I envisaged despite being close to the road. Walls a bit thin (lots of noise in the morning from other rooms but not a problem) only down side is no complementary water in the room or a mini bar or a vending machine. Good... More

Hotel was great... Good service in the reception and restaurant. The room was quite small, but cozy and confotable. Bathroom was great as well... Clean, nice ammenities and super clean and new towels. Confortable bed. Hotel is in a quiet street, so no trouble there. Good location near Paddington Station... Walking distance.

This quaint English hotel is nicely situated near Paddington Station and many restaurants and shopping areas. Although the room was small, it was nicely furnished, clean, and very comfortable. If you leave the breakfast area hungry, it is your own fault. They have a very nice spread and quite a variety of food in addition to the full English breakfast.... More

Probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Claustrophobic and pokey. I was shown other rooms which may have been marginally better but by this time I had lost the will to move. I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past but I can't remember it being this bad. Never again!

From arrival the staff were helpful and friendly taking our bags. The hotel is appealing, clean and welcoming. The lift took us to our third floor double where I was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor, clean bathroom and good size bathroom. Breakfast-in-bed was also pleasant.
