This is my favorite hotel in London and we have stayed there twice and will stay again. It is extremely comfortable, laid back but also very classy and utterly without pretensions. The staff have always been extremely kind and helpful. It rather like having a second family although I know that sounds cheesy. I look upon it with great affection.
