We came here for an afternoon tea as part of my hen weekend and it was lovely, the staff were polite and friendly the service quick and efficient. The cream tea was great too especially the warm scones with jam and cream all washed down with a glass of champagne. A lovely treat for a bunch of girls!

We stayed two nights for our first stay in the Fab4 City. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel - but the service is a little "anonymous" and businesslike, dispite the colorful Beatles theme that is it's trade mark.
