Brillaint short break away - ALL staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and had everything you need for a break away - also had a great powerful shower. Brilliant location and handy to everything. Food was gorgeous - loads to choose from. Can't wait to return!! More

We had a lovely weekend here whilst visiting family. The room was huge and comfortable. We have stayed in other hotels at the Albert Dock but they were not as good as this one. We will stay again and again. More

This hotel is located on the albert dock and what a smashing area for bars and proximaty to the city! The staff are friendly although im not sure they take problems on board, they offer good advice on where to eat etc. The room was typrical premier inn (good with very comfy bed) there was a dodgy looking plaster job... Lovely hotel, great location, fantastic staff, very good rooms lovely and clean. However we stayed on a saturday night and the nightclub is very noisey, however the staff looked after us very well. Good breakfast enjoyed the stay despite the noise! More
