Before booking, I read most of the reviews, I can barely add to their views on excellent cleanliness, friendly owners, workers, etc. We used the kitchen for cuppas and light toast and cereals. Utterly clean everywhere, beds sprung well (great night sleep). No noise from pub or from other guests. Definately we would return. Parking was so easy too.

Just home after bein in Liverpool for the game. Stayed in the paletine for 4 nights. Couldn't believe the rates or how friendly everyone was. I stayed at Palatine Hotel 01/12/2012 - 02/12/2012,the rooms were excellent,breakfast very good,bar staff excellent,entertainment superb,and the locals i cant thank enough for the collection they gave me for my Charity before the Santa Dash. Top place,excellent value.Our party will visit again!!:)

I took my family to Liverpool in August for a few days and the people at The Palatine could not do enough for us, they were friendly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend this hotel to anyone 

Stayed with my wife early September 2012 and can't fault the place, very clean and good sized room for budget hotel. Looks like hotel has been completely renovated in the past year or so.
