We had a lovely double room with a veiw over the river. Leisure facilities are great with a pool you can actually swim in! Had a lovely evening meal and the buffet breakfast was great. Didn't take the kids but lots of kids staying and it seemed very family friendly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. More

With 4 children staying over anywhere is more hassel than it's worth so we just arrived for breakfast which was splendid and free for children. Nothing out of the ordinary. Room service: good selection and prompt. Breakfast as expected, nothing special. Parking:£10.00. Friendly staff. My duvet cover had big holes and was dirty, I informed duty manager who apologised. The drains in bath and sink were blocked;hairs perhaps. Very central, we will be staying here again. More
