This would have been an excellent hotel if we hadn't been unlucky on the night of our stay. I think the boiler failed several times, which meant that we had no heating and was unable to take a bath or shower on the evening or the following morning. We stayed here for one night in January before catching an early morning flight. It is situated ideally just 100 yards from the airport terminal. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. This was a little brake away from reality. We went at the 4th of January for a night. Lovely hotel, the room was very quiet, didn't get disturbed once by a loud noise. Booked in for overnight + parking for 5 days prior to flying out of Liverpool Airport. Location excellent, staff very helpful, food average, room very good. Public area noisey with 3 televisions blaring out different programmes at different volumes - could do with a quiet area.
