Stayed here again for four nights in January. Could not fault anything the manager Maurice Able should take some of the credit because the staff know how to look after you. For teh price a great hotel, very clean and welll looked after, also in a great location. If you book it correctly great value. There are a couple of really nice bar/restauarants next door that do fantastic breakfasts for less than half the price of the novotel.

Recently stayed here for the weekend with my partner. Hotel is new and modern. The location is superb, in the city center and in Liverpool One. Check in was fast, the staff were really friendly.

We stayed here on 27th January for my birthday. Its location is great, only a few minutes from any of the nightlife in Liverpool.
The room was stylish,bathroom very nice & beds really comfy. We had requested a high floor with a view and that is exactly what we got! The staff were really friendly.

From check in to check out we recieved excellant service. The receptionist was very helpful, I had emailed in advance to tell them we were celebrating a 50th birthday, they upgraded my firends room and left a lovely gift on the table it made our day.
