Very friendly front desk, excellent rooms with views of the city. The breakfast (included) was excellent with many choices. I disagree with the previous review. I found the mattress to be very comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows. Our room faced the marina and we had a lovely view with no noise. Would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn, situated ideally for the town, cathedral and castle, room was spotless, breakfast delicious, all staff were friendly and more than helpful. please a few more milks on the tea/coffee tray.

It is what it is, a good, clean, hotel. Nothing fancy. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Not a destination hotel by any means. Location is great (on the Brayford Pool waterfront) very central to CBD, which is why we chose it.
