Paula and Steve thoroughly deserve all the excellent reviews they receive for their hard work at Carholme. We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. We couldn't fault anything. The room was lovely, breakfast amazing, and Carholme is in an ideal location with easy access by foot into Lincoln. We will definitely return!

Although in Lincoln for business, our stay at Carholme transformed it into a holiday experience. I was in Lincoln for three days and loved staying at the Carholme Guest House. Paula was delightful, my room was extremely comfortable and clean and breakfast was delicious. It was the perfect base for a trip to such a marvellous cathedral city!

we stayed here 1 night while the Lincoln Christmas Market was on, it was in a easy walk to the centre, we had a nice warm welcome and cant say we had any faults with the stay and would definitely recommend and go back again.

Fantastic stay. Owners are great and look after you like you are at home. Paula was great and likes a few wines (reds especially). Steve is a great for a laugh and a beer (likes his beer). I had the best time

Took a weekend here to watch the mighty Sadlers play Lincoln in the FA cup. The game was a complete waste of time, however this was not our experiance at this very pleasant guest house.
