My partner and I stayed here for one night whilst in Leicester for a music event. The hotel is perfectly located, has free parking, a nice bar, it's very clean and every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. I couldn't fault this hotel.

This premier inn is in a good location near the station and at £39 was good value for the night. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and made sure all 3 couples in the party were placed in adjacent rooms. Upon opening the door of our initially allocated room on the fifth floor the stench of stale cigarette smoke was overwhelming and we retreated to the corridor! A clean and tidy room - spacious with a large flat screen TV. However I stayed in 216 which had a continuous humming noise coming from a generator or something like which could not be stopped with closed window and earplugs. Very annoying.
