nice welcome and a clean and tidy hotel, outside needs decoratin and some of bedrooms could as well, always warm tho, good area and close to tram and bus, would have been nice to have entertainment on every night not just one. overall a nice hotel

had a 2 night stay - room very clean & tidy. food very good especially b/fast. onsite parking a bonus. wifi worked ok. would stay there again. staff pleasant. only moan would be dining room a little cold.

This hotel is cheap and cheerful. The owners and staff are very attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is well-cooked and plentiful. Being able to park on site is useful and the hotel is convenient for all attractions.

This hotel is in a great location close to the pleasure beach and tram stops. It faces the big blue hotel and gives you a great view of the big one from the front of the property.
