The owners made you feel very at home and nothing was too much trouble to ask. The room was clean and comfortable - soft towels and plush bedding. Breakfast was made to order. great location to walk to either south or central pier Perfect stay, would definitely come back here if i was in blackpool again

Stayed for just one evening for a football game. Kevin and Lesley were great hosts. The room was very clean and superb value for money. If you want 4 star then you have to pay the price. I couldn't fault this accomodation and I would visit again if in Blackpool.

This is a great little B & B. The owners are a couple of lovely people and everything about the place is clean, tidy and cosy. Will certainly look to stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool.
