Dawn and Steve are the perfect hosts, on arrival was offered a cuppa before led to the spacious room all amenities was explained. The room was clean with very clean linen on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, with cereal to start followed the perfect full English! In short the perfect stop off whilst in Blackpool.
