Went with group of friends. Food excellent, hotel bright and clean, situated on promenade at South Pier. 10 min bus ride into Blackpool town centre. Basic room, comfortable bed, warm room, good shower. Great food, entertainment and service. If you can get all inclusive , go for it. Very many people continue to return to this fantastic venue. I have stayed about 8 times and will continue to do so. If you are disabled, forget about this hotel, but would recommend their sister hotels. More

We found the whole stay a pleasant one. All of the staff were helpfull and friendly, on the whole the entertainment was of good standard, the rooms were clean,the food was excellent and the restaurant service was very well organized.
