dreadfull experience, will NOT be returning to this hotel... think the hotel inspector needs to pay another visit, dirty rooms, en suite dirty and falling apart, staff don,t appear to be interested... if this "Quality" is after the hotel inspectors visit, I dread to think what it had been like before. Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend I would never go back! The first room we were given still had dirty dishes and worst of all dirty towels (with blood on them) in the bathroom! The receptionist was very unhelpful and ignorant! Eventually after arguing with her she gave us an "upgraded room"!!! The door would not lock properly... More
