Yes it looks great and first impression of the bedroom was fab but look further and it does let itself down. The top of the bed was thick with dust as was the pots in the bathroom for Q-tips. The heating was off in the evening so the bedroom was cold. The taps twist round on the sink. Neither the... More

We, being two friends and my husband, booked into this B&B from Friday - Sunday for a long weekend in Blackpool and were not disappointed. We had a very nice double room with en-suite, very clean and comfortable, lovely toiletries and a great selection of teas and coffee. Only one little niggle there were no decaffeinated choices for the tea... More

Very friendly and great welcome and great hospitality throughout our 3 day stay from Kath & Rick. We stayed in room 1, which was spotlessly clean, well maintained, big enough and everything there to enjoy the stay including toiletries and full refreshments selection. A real quality b&b amongst the usual and traditional basic Blackpool hotels and b&b's. Great local knowledge... More

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the short break even in the rain. Our room was fairly large, clean and well- furnished, as was the en-suite. Breakfast had a good choice of yogurt, juice and cereal as well the cooked breakfast, all served in the dining room next to the conservatory. The owners were helpful and evidently proud... More

Whilst there can be no disputing the warmth of the welcome and the excellent accommodation offered by this B+B in Blackpool, the cost of £77 for a double room with breakfast is expensive for an establishment situated in a not too classy area of Blackpool. If it is important for you to be close to the Pleasure Beach, the South... More
