Phoned up to cancel as had just got out of hospital and was charged £130 cancellation. As I was 57mins over the 12pm cancellation policy. Will plan ahead my Emergancy hospital trips. Can't believe the guy running this hotel couldn't show some actual customer service and let me off with the fee as wasn't my fault
