Had a lovely break. Very, very clean rooms. Really great breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Ideal location very near the sea front but far enough away from the noisy pubs etc. If I was going to go to Blackpool again I would definitely stay here again.

Just got back stayed 2 nights(fri and Sat). Breakfast great and well presented, Ian has everything organised, car parking /breakfast choice ,rooms clean and spacious. Could not fault would stay again,nice part of town Yates bar short walk away.

Been staying at this hotel for YEARS! Started coming with family and still stay here now. Kim & Ian are great hosts - nothing is a problem. Rooms are very clean, breakfasts are plentiful and yummy. Good location and great rates. This is the place to stay in Blackpool.
