location is great on central drive. Lounge suite needs replacing as wooden frame digs in to your back pull down bed base held together with black tape and springs totally gone. Slept on the floor on the mattress. Bedroom and bathroom ok kitchen could do with a few more utensils but overall quite good value.

The location is pretty good, located in line with the Central Pier and easy access off the motorway. The hotel has on site parking too. The staff are really friendly and down to earth. The room itself was ok. It's more of a place you'd go with the lads or a hen party as they are just basic tired looking... More

very dated with old worn out decor. place felt dirty with stains everywhere. quite depressing and the view of the street was boring with the owners or workers of 2 hotels and a guy from the walk around store used to just float about all the time. £270 for three nights plus £5 electricity for a family room ( room... We stayed at this establishment for 3 nights during the last weekend of October 2011, myself and husband in 1 room and my daughter and her family in another room. Apparently we were in the only room that has yet to be refurbished, what a hovel. The carpet was filthy, it may have been vacuumed but it was disgusting and... More

The apartments are close to the Tower and Winter Gardens and do have parking with stairs up to reception on 1st floor, everything is included except towels and price is very reasonable. We had a 2nd floor bedsit which was small and everything was tired and dated though all workable. If you want cheap and cheerful this is the place... More

My Husband, 14year old niece and I stayed here in October 2011 for a week and were disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Kitchen area - ceiling covered in dampness and very little cooking utensil, electrical appliances looked like they had not been tested since 2008 (not good I believe this should been done annually). Living area - furniture... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, the first time we've done self catering. We were in one of the renovated rooms which was large and comfortable. The only thing we had to bring was tea towels and bath towels, everything else was already there. The sink and cutlery cupboard was on the opposite side of the room to the cooker,... More
