Simply brilliant! Only place you should consider if you want a good time! Clean hotel, lovely breakfast, competitive bar prices, Steve and sue cant do enough for you. Not like most hotels these days with 100 rules and regulations. Great location, handy for all the attractions. Could go on.... Thanks again. Andy (best man)

Friendly hotel (even got a free drink for my Birthday), clean, and smelt very fresh. Convenient location close to all Blackpool's shops and bars a perfect place to stay for a celebration night out in Blackpool :-) Would defiantly return for our next visit to Blackpool.

Had an absolutely fantastic time in Blackpool from the minute we walked in the staff were happy to help the rooms are nice they have everything you need. Steve is a barrel of laughs made us feel welcome and told us where was nice to eat and drink etc. You will deffinately be seeing us again in the 'near' future... More

Ardwick house is excellent value and the staff are friendly polite and helpful.it is like being home from home.the house is minutes from the main coast road and you can park for free around the local side streets.the breakfast is great you get all you need and a friendly service.you can get a vip card for low cost for discounts...
