This hotel is perfect for familys or a couple, sandra and john are very friendly and make you feel very welcome and tend to all your needs me and my partner will DEFINATELY be staying there again soon.

Having been b4 we weren't disappointed with what we got .rooms were spot on as usual facilities were tip top hosts were brill very warm and welcoming and were great with our grandkids .breakfast was very very nice .location is ideal as ure only a short walk to nearby pubs ,beach and amusements .couldn't of asked for a better few... Having just returned the hosts were warm and welcoming,nothing seemed too much trouble.Room was clean with fresh towels daily.We were happy to drink in their bar as drinks were not over priced.Good full English breakfast.Over all I would say our stay was enjoyable and well worth the money will be staying there again.

Would defintly go back to this hotel its in a great location the owners sandra and john are lovley friebdly people who made us feel very welcome. The room was lovley and big and spotlessly clean. The food was lovley .would recomend it to any one .

we went again to this b&b for the new year the room we stayed in was clean tidy and well equipped .the hosts were friendly and knew quite a bit about blackpool what they didnt know they would find out for you the breakfat and evening meals were filling and very enjoyable and the host was always on hand to...
