We stayed here a few weeks ago and the service was good. The beds, great if you are under 5 foot, but not great for any much taller. Friendly owners, always happy to oblige where possible - although a bit more flexibility on the breakfast would have been greater for those with slight dietary deviations.

Another superb stay with Rob and Tina. You're always made welcome and the Hotel is kept very clean and fresh. Breakfast is superb and Rob makes sure any special requests like parking, drinks etc are all sorted for you arriving. Will definitely be back, again.

From the moment we arrived , Tina and Rob couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely clean room . VERY comfortable bed . Breakfast was top notch , worthy of a top hotel !!!! Will definitely be staying again .

This is a pleasent place to stay, the rooms are tastefully decorated, and very clean, absolutley no flawes whatsoever. The owners are really nice people who cannot do enough to help. We have lived in some horrendous B&B's in Blackpool over the years and felt put off. Tina and Rob have helped to restore our faith in the town with their lovely Roachvale B&B. my partner and two kids stayed here for the 2nd year in row and was again without any complaint!! excellent value for money! both rob and tina are very pleasent owners, very accomodating! breakfast lovely! rooms all very clean, will defo use again :)
