Excellent family run hotel. Pleasant phone query resolved and pleasant welcoming on arrival. Looking for something close to beach we were pleased with this as it was almost in the middle of the promenade. Rooms were sufficient for our needs beds were comfortable.

This hotel has a warm and friendly ambience. It is clean, quiet and full of fun with a very good view of the beach. I love it's decors with an American touch.
