Stayed one night as we were visiting family in Keswick. Hadn t booked but managed to get the last room , a small double ,overlooking the patio/garden at the rear of the premises. The highlight of the Skiddaw Grove is the heated outdoor pool, which was pleasantly warm even in the poor summer of 2012; a great way to cool off and loosen those muscles after a day on the fells.
