Stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and wished it was more. Fab room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom with the most gorgeous handcare products....we couldn't fault anything at all. The quality and presentation of the breakfast was particularly outstanding and Proprietors Andy and Charlotte were always on hand to answer our frequent 'touristy' questions. Very dog friendly too. We could not fault this great B&B. Andy and Charlotte made us (including our dogs) very welcome. The newly refurbished rooms are excellent the breakfast delicious and great quality and the advise for enjoying Derwent water and Keswick invaluable.

We made a last minute booking with Andy and Charlotte who were more than happy to accommodate our dog, Alfie. This B and B has been recently completely refubished and is very tastefully furnished. Our bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed at Rooms36 again recently, having enjoyed it so much the last time I visited when it had been newly refurbished.
It was just as good this time round.
The quality of the furnishings in the rooms is exceptionally high, which ensures that they haven't aged at all. It felt as if the place had again just been refurbished....
