This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in. The owners have renovated this old building into a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable yet the character of the old house was still there. We felt very at home there and got a good sound sleep.

Force Mill Farm is tucked away in the forests of Grizedale, a couple of miles from the Grizedale visitor centre and not far from Satterthwaite.
John and Ann the proprietors, were very friendly and welcoming. They had a wealth of interesting information about the area and suggested some excellent local walks.
The room was spacious and beautifully clean and cosy....
