This is the 1st time, I have booked with the Ibis Hotel. I booked a family room for me and my wife and my 8 year old son who has autism. The room was very clean and staff were very good in their jobs. The shower was just right. On arrival we decided to have breakfast this morning and the... More

I've just left Hull and on train home after a week in Sunny Hull on training course. I've had a great stay at the ibis. I wanted to do this review while it was still fresh in my mind. The staff were great and very helpful especially smiling Keeley.I can't wait to go back this time for a relaxing weekend... More

The room was perfect for my daughter and I to spend the night before an event on the Saturday. Basic but very comfortable - we didn't need any frills. The toilet did gurgle every time someone in surrounding rooms flushed theirs, and there was a slight odour by morning that was nothing to do with us (room 8 if anyone... More

Well located, 5 minutes from the rail/bus hub and town centre. We asked for a quiet room, and had 101 overlooking Staples yard, so no traffic noise. Did not eat here as we were entertained out. Amenities all OK, but no lift for 3 of the 4 days. Good job we were not on the top floor! Good value for... More

Ibis is neat & tidy, room adequate with comfortable bed and ergonomic corner ensuite. The only disappointment is the limited range of TV channels when most other hotels give you all the Freeview channels, and Ibis's "local" BBC news is London! I didn't try the restaurant as it had loud music, and there are others nearby. Overnight Parking Tip -... More

The Ibis Hull provided me with exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay for a business trip. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented and the bathroom was immaculate. Staff at reception could have been more attentive as I was often left standing at the reception desk waiting for someone to help me. Overall, if you want... More

This is billed as a budget hotel but in comfort terms, it's got great charm. It is wonderfully close to the rail station so you can be checking in at the hotel reception within a five minute walk off the train station. Receptionists were organised, efficient, helpful and welcoming. I arrived mid afternoon so went straight up to my room... More

I have to say I was expecting far worse! The Ibis Hull is the same as every other Ibis, pretty much. The bedrooms are clean and tidy with a pleasantly large shower. Breakfast (costs extra) was good. Staff were courteous and helpful. What was a bit special was what we got when we asked for two adjacent rooms as one would have our nine-year-old on his own. If you're... More
