Hubert House is at the foothills near the ferry port. If you need a place with easy access to the ferry port, this is the place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and decorated in a high standard. Also not to expensive but of high standard.

Excellent location, convenient to Dover Castle and easy access to Kent. Breakfast was outstanding, very pleased with room. Peter was very accomodating, made good suggestions regarding places to visit. Bonus was good pub next door.

Pros: great location - walk everywhere. on site parking, fee wifi, great breakfast. Lovely landlord, great sleep. CONS: cooked brekky is additional (which wasnt stated when I booked), room was pretty tiny (but compfortable and well set out - too small for two people though).

We had a wonderful room, great bed, excellent bathroom and great hot breakfast we paid extra for. Peter recommended a wonderful restaurant for our evening meal. He also suggested that we not miss Dover Castle, we were glad we went. Would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel four times without complaint. The location is ideal being close to Dover Castle and the ferry port. The house has good locaion, easy to find, very close to Dover Castle, free parking. WiFi connection, nice rooms. English breakfast was excellent. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. It really looks like the best place to stay at Dover!

We stayed Hubert House, Dover after a 3 week bus trip around Europe. It was great to stop for 3 nights in this lovely clean house and get our breath back.Breakfast was good, our room was the family one, so we could spread out. I would recommend Hubert House as it is easy to find and central to Dover castle.

My husband and I stayed in the Georgian suite for 1 night only, however i would have loved to spend more time there! The room was beautiful and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The location was also very central and easy to find.
