Poor service from start to finish. Booked dinner bed and breakfast via company - no mention that drinks not included with dinner (even soft drinks), so allowance was £25, but if you don't spend all that on food it's wasted as you can't use for drinks. “Thistle Nook sauna rooms”

Not the worst hotel but dated. The food in the restaurant was lovely although the breakfast in the morning was not. The swimming pool was out of service so didn't use the leisure facilities which was disappointing. The rooms however where a absolute sweat box. The heating was off but the heat was intense!! “Very good meeting venue”

Excellent facilities, great service and super hospitality. Very well positoned in close proximity to the M25 and ample parking on site. We used the Board Room which was very well furnished, quiet and extremely comfortable. See you next month!

Needed a place to stay last minute and the Thistle was available. Pleasant looking hotel although snow showing its age. An obvious (new paint fumes) paint job in the public areas try hide an aging property. Quick and pleasant check in. Room is drab to say the least. Stayed here overnight on a business trip. We used the conference facilities and I found those fine.
