The high point was the friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights and found it necessary... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks Mond to Fri with work recently. Rooms are clean and well presented, beds comfortable with extra pillows available. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There are better Premier Inn's in other areas. While this one is average (but with no major issues), it is an older premises and could do with some updating and improvements. But it is probably one of the best establishments in its general area. More

Room was as we expected and was clean, although the water was very slow to drain from the sink and when we removed the pop-up plug completely it revealed a mass of hair in the hole! Staff were very friendly and looked after our needs very well. We met... More

This was the first time we had stayed at the Horndean Premier Inn. We needed to be in the area for a family funeral and wanted somewhere to stay that would be flexible and no hassle. We got so much more than that, the staff were without exception friendly, helpful and efficient. They made us feel very welcome, and helped... More
