This Premier Inn is not one of the newest but it was clean and warm when we visited. It is only about 3 miles from the channel Ferry port and on weekdays breakfast in the adjacent Beefeater is served from 06:30. There is also extensive private parking and very close to Tesco for petrol.

Very good once we went to the right place - very visible signage for the large Premier Inn which is right next door! This is much smaller and less visible. Once we found the right car park it was fine, although booked twin room had been made up as a double.

Bit Confusing two Premier Inns at the same location. The Premier Inn does what it says and Portsmouth being no different from any other offers its gurantees everthings fine but obviously its not Top End.These Hotels are ideal for the short stay.
