Having stayed at The Wyastone several times on business, I was once again more than impressed by Lydia (front of house), the Hotel and its standard. This time there were 4 of us and could have proved a handful for Lydia but, not only did she look after us but has a great sense of humour ensuring we felt welcome... More

The first time we stayed at the Wyastone but it certainly won't be our last. From the time I booked the room, Lydia was helpfulness personified. She gave me many restaurant recommendations and I thought it lovely that she answered any queries so very promptly. I had booked a courtyard room and it was lovely. A big, comfy bed, and... More

It is a bit hard to call this a B&B, when it offers a level of comfort and style that puts many hotels to shame. I assume it is the 'lack' of catering (although I did have a very good chilli served to me in my room after a late and damp arrival; I made the error of walking from... More

Having stayed here a few times now I can honestly say that it is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy and the attention to detail wonderful. The staff are always smiley and friendly, very prepared to go the extra mile and do some research for you if you need a recommendation for a meal out! The... More

We have stayed here on several occasions over the last four months and have had excellent service every time. Lovely rooms - pretty decor and spotlessly clean, attentive and engaging staff and a delicious breakfast served with a smile.

This is a genuinely gorgeous hotel full of character and the service offered feels professional and personal. The rooms were fabulous with high quality linen, towels etc. On being shown to our room we were offered fresh milk for tea and coffee as we desired. These little touches make all the difference to me and I normally take my own... More

This beautiful Hotel is in a great location. It is quiet and peaceful, yet near to some amazing Restaurants, and just a short walk to shops. From the moment I stepped inside, it was obvious that it had been beautifully restored, the welcome couldn't have been warmer, and the place was immaculate. My bedroom was also very clean and tidy,... More

We really enjoyed out two night stay, which we booked via laterooms after checking tripadvisor reviews. We were given a warm but very professional welcome - the owner is friendly and thoughtful, listening carefully and responding to her guests' needs, and all the staff were friendly and polite. Our room (in the main house - at the front) was attractively... More

This hotel is characterised by its attention to the customer experience. Its personal, friendly, welcoming, professional and genuine however - not forced. There is thought in what you might want to do and experience in the locality, and nothing seems to much trouble. My room was quiet, clean and had all you might expect. My only reservation was that the... More
