The tudor has been closed for over a year. It is now a private residence.

The Tudor Manor is really an upmarket B&B Guesthouse, not a full service Hotel, but within that definition it was excellent ... It is a large house, in the eastern suburbs of Seaford, built in a "Tudor" style.
