Great location, really easy to get to from the bus stop. The key card to get into the room kept not working. Had to get it reactivated about 5 times in 2 days. Really annoying. Other than that the room was clean, staff could be a bit more friendly.

Found this place by walking along the sea side. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It is also located in the perfect position, right on the beach near Brighton Pier and around the corner from the lanes.
