When looking for a lads trip away from surburbia, Brighton seemed an ideal venture. The prices of a student town, combined with a pebble beach (i despise sand!), and an atmosphere which is hardly replicated anywhere else in Britain. Okay, we didn't expect much for the price, although £70 for a twin room for one night didn't seem that cheap to me. Brighton is a bit of a rip off generally so in comparison to other hotels, this was cheap. The hotel generally was extremely tatty: the carpets and windows etc., were disgusting to say the least.
