Stayed 2 nights in the four-poster room. The bed was comfortable, and a real authentic four-poster. Bathroom was stunning - the shower was incredible; massive shower head and piping hot water . Absolutely fantastic place to stay - very modern style, but with lots of character - no room is decorated the same! The rooms are very clean and the beds are really comfortable. Easy place to find, and in a very good location, the sea is just down the road!

Paskins is well located at the east end of Kemp Town, and is typical of the tall narrow houses in this area which don't catch the sun so can feel a little cool and gloomy. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paskins Town House. My single room was a fantastic bargain, very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hosts obviously work really hard to make the property and service of the highest order.

There's just something really chilled and welcoming about Paskins. It's like staying at your favourite aunt's house... sure there are little snitches, creaky narrow stairs, broadband's often haphazard, the linen's a bit hit and miss and sometimes the hoover's been whizzed round a bit quickly.. but that's all made up for by the overall welcome and comfort of the place....
