This is a reasonable enough B&B close to the centre of Bournemouth. Brilliant. Cannot fault anything. Hotel is spotless. The food is excellent, a great welcome from Sandra and Peter who will do anything to help and make your stay comfortable. The rooms have everything you need even down to heat mats for your straighteners! Thanks again for making it so great

Booked with booking.com but even so owners contacted me re my room request with helpful comments. willingly helped with a change of day nearer the time. Very friendly. Large quiet room, close to beach and shops and v good value. Can't believe we found this one first time... Will be back!
