Went for stag do and we all had good time. The bar is top notch with cheap and cheerful price. We managed to get 2 beers for £2.90. Hopefully will be returning in the summer for a friend stag do again. More

We are outraged by this hotel deducting money from our card without our permission. Generally this is illegal. They spout "terms and condition" but when you question them they cannot actually show you a copy of any. Had a fantastic break.. hotel is in ideal location very close to nightlife, beach, BIC, and the town centre... stayed here 5 nights had no complaints everything was perfect... Nice room just been recently done, comfortable bed, big flat screen, very clean bathroom, excellent breakfast. would definatly go back would strongly recommend! EXCELLENT VAULE FOR MONEY! More

The hotel was very dirty,old and tired.There are not enough towels in the room and when we asked more ,the receptionist was rude and sarcastic...Not enough pillows no extra bedding...The toilet smells musty...The sink is very dirty..There are no teabags or enough milk in the rooms..I suggest DON`T book this hotel..Not worth it... The receptionist is rude, unhelpful and underwhelming. Apparently she was also the reception manager, oh dear West Cliff, oh dear. If this is the best you have to offer it is seriously time to retrain. Will not go back and not recommend. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere. More
