Lovely, clean, well furnished comfortable room /s (we stayed in a family room). Very pleasant owner, great service. excellent shower and great hospitality. breakfast was substantial, with extra toast / tea and coffee offered.

We stayed two nights at the Robin Hill International, and we had a very good time. The bedroom was very clean, cosy and well equipped. We booked through booking.com, the rate included English and continental breakfast which was very substantial. The service was optimum and the lady that was managing the hotel was truly a professional.

We originally chose this hotel as it advertised a newly refurbished room with a super kingsize bed-which was very appealing when you're expecting! The room was beautiful, absolutely spotless and the bedlinen and pillows were luxurious. Stayed here for one night in July 2010. The owners were both very friendly and very accomodating, lovely people. The location is just outside the centre of Torquay so it was peaceful, but close enough to access and enjoy the town. The decor is a little dated but this adds a quaint english feel to the place. First impressions were excellent. There were plenty of parking spaces, albeit tricky to get into, due to the lie of the land in Torquay. The building is attractive, and quite impressive for a B & B. Went on YFC agm to torquay and stayed in this hotel...rooms were dingy with old fixtures and fittings apart from the TVs! shower went from hot to cold all the way through showering! The location was excellent, the hotel is under new management, friendly staff, great room (newly renovated). Owners were very helpful, refered us to great restaurants, shopping, and local points of interest. We had an excelent time, just what we needed, as busy, or as quiet as we wanted. Looking forward to a return visit.
