4 of us were in plymouth working for 4 weeks and were made very welcome from heather and justo.rooms clean and comfortable.break fast massive also made pack lunches for us very good.gave advice on places to eat and visit while there.great value b&b.would highly recommend had a great stay hope to visit again.

Nice location; 2 minute walk from seafront, 15 minute walk from town, right opposite free tennis courts. Room comfortable and good value for the price. Owned and run by a lovely family. Lots of choice as to breakfast and always more than you could manage to eat!
